Role:-

1. Team Leader - Inbound Semi Voice (Fintech Background)

*Education:-

Any Graduation

*Experience:-

At least 1- 2 year experience with the relevant domain.

*Working days:-

6 days working, 1 week off. Rotational shift (8 to 8 window)

*Required skills:-

1. Excellent English + Hindi must

2. Excellent in managing KPI & KRA like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Utilizations, people management, NPA, CSAT, Concurrency, Quality, SL, etc

3. Should have handled 20+ agents in inbound +Semi voice

4. Excellent in analytical skills and excel reporting

5. Proven Experience as Team Leader on papers.
