A Marketing Sales Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, promoting
products or services, and closing sales deals. They must develop and maintain client
relationships, identify market trends, and meet or exceed sales targets. Effective
communication negotiation skills are essential for success in this role
Location for openings: Tirunelveli, Chennai, Pondicherry, Vellore, Madurai, Coimbatore,
Kanyakumari, Salam/Trichy
Salary: up-to 5,00,000 per/year (Fixed) + TA & Food Allowances + incentives + salary
hike (insurance and other benefits)
Work days: Monday to Saturday (6 days in a week)
Notice period: immediate joiners (maximum 1 month)
Responsibility
€’ Primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business
opportunities.
€’ Develop a trusted relationship with customers.
€’ Communicate effectively with staff and their senior manager on the status of ongoing projects.
€’ Maintain a deep understanding of customers€™ operations and determine technical needs.
€’ Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
€’ Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling
all matters.
€’ Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plans.
€’ Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific
technical experience and knowledge.
€’ Outstanding organizational and time management skills
€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
€’ Discretion and confidentiality
€’ Customer Engagement-Installation, Training, Service,etc.
€’ Outstanding finance collection on time

Qualification:
€’ 0-4 Years of experience in sales is preferred
€’ Fresher€™s can also apply
€’ Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
