Role:-

1. Quality Analyst - Inbound Semi Voice (Fintech Background)

*Education:-

Any Graduation

*Experience:-

At least 1- 2 year experience with the relevant domain.

*Working days:-

6 days working, 1 week off. Rotational shift (8 to 8 window)

*Required skills:-

1. Excellent English + Hindi must

2. Excellent in managing KPI & KRA like NPA, CSAT, DSAT, Calibration, Canned response, Concurrency ratio etc

3. Should have experience in handling inbound + Email Audits

4. Good in analytical skills and excel reporting

5. Proven Experience As Quality Analyst on papers.
